Application
HMK S246 is a ready to use special solvent based impregnator for use on composite quartz surfaces that reduces the penetration of water, dirt, oil and grease. For interior and exterior use. It is suitable for all polished, honed, brushed and satin finished composite quartz surfaces. Liability to dirt and stains is significantly reduced and subsequent cleaning thereafter is made much easier. Ensure the surface to be treated is clean, cool and dry.
Instructions
Apply HMK S246 generously and evenly using a soft paintbrush or roller with short fibres. Retreat particularly absorbent surfaces again after 30 minutes. Surplus HMK S246 must be removed with a paper towel before it dries. If excess is not removed properly dark marks or streaks can develop. Do not apply to rubber, plastics, painted, lacquered or varnished surfaces and solvent intolerant materials. Working temperature: The ideal working temperature from the surface is between 12 and above 25°C.
Drying time: Dependent upon room temperature and ventilation, around 4 to 6 hours. During this time do not walk on the surface and protect the surface from rain and humidity for 12 hours. The resistance to oil and water is developed over 48 hours.

Testing
Always test the product in an inconspicuous area to evaluate suitability, coverage and performance. Do not use the product in temperatures below 12° and above 25°C. Store in cool place. Keep lid tightly closed.
